FAQs
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes we do! It is very important to us to be able to make good design possible for you! Our payments are broken into two parts. There is a 50% non-refundable deposit that is paid in the beginning to secure your booking on TSC books, and the 50% remainder that can be paid on the end date OR when the project is complete (whichever comes first). We can also split up the second half in to smaller payments due every other week if needed to make beautiful design easy and accessible to everyone!
Is my deposit refundable?
The initial deposit is non-refundable because it secures your spot on our books! We schedule ahead of time, and pre-booking with a deposit ensures that we can prepare to provide you with the time needed to complete a beautiful project in the timeframe, so we do turn other people away that inquire for the same project time. However, let us know if you need to pick a different start date that works better for you and we will do our best to support you in any way we can!
Can I get more than 2 revisions for my project?
Very very rarely does anyone need more than two rounds of revisions, because we provide multiple options and examples with every round to help you select the design you love! We also kick off the project with a 1-on-1 call and questionnaire to make sure we are on the same page! But if after two rounds, you would still like to see additional revisions, we can continue at our hourly rate until you 100% love your final design. It is our goal to create a design you love and are proud of, no matter what!
Can we change the end date of the project? Do you have a rush fee?
If you would like your project completed before the quoted end time, we can possibly complete it sooner depending on the project details and if this is included in the original quote. So if you need your project done by a specific date, we can check our books to see what we can do to make your goal end date with the love and details your project deserves with a rush fee.
